heya, I've seen several threads that were the same as the problem I'm having, but none that exactly match it. I was rebooting my computer and I couldn't get it to boot up, So I restarted it by holding the capacity button down until it shut off, Waiting 15 seconds following turning it back on. I was taken to the screen that says "Windows was not properly shut down" And given a directory of options to reboot: reliable Mode, Safe Mode }
